The forum provides a weekend retreat for  Volunteers, Youth Leaders and 4-H staff across Montana to come together for networking, education, relaxation, and fun. Participants return with a deeper understanding of the 4-H mission, a stronger sense of how to accomplish it, and an expanded toolbox to make it happen.

This event is held annually at locations around the state in late September/early October and is hosted by 4-H districts to provide a forum for the gathering of ideas for leaders and junior leaders. The Forum includes workshops on a variety of topics related to 4-H projects and to overall youth development, as well as, updates on 4-H programming and recognition for outstanding achievements. This is an exciting event for volunteers, new and old, and provides a wonderful opportunity to meet others from across the state.
