Montana 4-H State Service Project
WHAT IS IT?
Location: Montana 4-H Congress | Date: July 9-12, 2019
The Montana State 4-H Ambassador Team is calling all members to help serve those that have served us. This year at Congress we will be helping Veterans by collecting items in need and packing the items with a note from Congress attendees to distribute to veterans’ groups all across Montana.
We challenge your county to hold drives and collect donations from within your community to contribute. You don’t have to be in attendance at 4-H Congress to help collect items... you just have to get the itmes there!

- Granola Bars
- Chapstick
- Lotion
- Kleenex
- Coffee-Individual Packets
- Individual Size Trail Mix
- Individual Size Jerky
- Gum
- Deck of Cards
- Hand/Foot Warmer
SERVICE AWARD
This year the Ambassador Team will be rewarding the County that earns the highest number of items (listed above) and bringing them to Congress 2019. You do not have to have someone from your county attending Congress to participate but the items do need be at Congress**. By bringing the most items the County will earn a trophy, bragging rights, and the first table to attend dinner at Congress!!
